  We invite you to a guided excursion to the Podtatranské Museum in Poprad, where you can witness with your own eyes an extraordinary archaeological discovery known as the “Slovak Tutankhamun.” This is the grave of a Slovak aristocrat from the turn of the 4th and 5th centuries, which amazed both experts and the public with its preservation and the richness of its grave goods – from a wooden bed with bronze fittings to glass vessels, fine textiles, and imports from the Roman Empire. The exhibition ranks among the most valuable in Central Europe and offers a unique insight into life and death during the Migration Period. Let yourself be drawn into a story that connects ancient history with modern archaeology.
