Milan has over 15 years of experience in digital services markets and their regulation, gained from his role as an internal consultant at the largest telecommunications service provider in Slovakia. For more than 8 years, he has been deputizing for the director of AS Property, a company providing property management, facility management, and consulting services aimed at improving the operation and increasing the value of real estate assets, including through the implementation of the latest digital technologies. Milan is a member of IFMA and serves as a director and lecturer at FM Institute Slovakia, which provides education for professional facility and property managers. He is also the founder of PropTech Slovakia, a Slovak platform supporting the development of innovative digital technologies for better construction, management, and use of real estate, which is also a member of PropTech House—an alliance of national PropTech platforms in Europe. Milan is also the first Slovak influencer and contributor to Unissu, a global PropTech platform.
