Milan Bogár is the Director and a lecturer at FM Institute Slovakia, which provides education for professional facility, asset, and property managers. His area of expertise is the implementation of innovations and ICT in property management, operations, and smart buildings.
He has more than 10 years of experience from AS Property, a company providing advisory services in property and facility management, as well as consultancy focused on increasing property value through the adoption of modern innovative technologies.
He is also an international assessor and consultant for Smart Building Collective, BV, which developed the world’s first smart building certification system in 2020.
