Ján Karaba is the Director of SAPI – the Slovak Association of Sustainable Energy, the largest renewable energy association in Slovakia, where he has been working since 2019. His personal mission is to support the development of renewable energy sources and to systematically remove barriers that slow down or block this development. Ján obtained his first master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague and his second degree from the Vienna University of Technology in the field of renewable energy. He also works as the Executive Director of SolarEnergia, a company focused on the design and implementation of commercial and industrial photovoltaic power plants, as well as the deployment of modern energy solutions.
