MUDr. Miroslav Halecký, MHA, is a surgeon with thirty years of experience who, in various management positions, has been dedicated to introducing various innovations and innovative processes to Slovak hospitals for the past 15 years. He was the medical director of the Svet Zdravia hospital network, project managed telemedicine projects and the implementation of the DRG reimbursement mechanism in the Dôvera health insurance company. As a medical leader, he worked for five years in the project of the new Bory Hospital in Bratislava and then launched its individual medical departments for a year as its clinical director. He currently works in the project team for the construction of the new St. Martin Hospital in Martin as a senior project manager for the medical area.
