As a Resort Director at Tatry Mountain Resorts, he leads the operation and strategy of Jasná, the largest ski resort in Central Europe outside Alps. With 9 years of experience in executive management and management consulting, He has passion for delivering excellence and value, not only in the leisure industry. His core competencies include strategy development and implementation, operational efficiency, team leadership, financial planning and stakeholder management. Last two years, Jasná resort achieved unprecedented economical results, thanks to successful operational optimization, product innovation and data-driven approach to dynamic pricing & marketing. To continuously improve the customer experience, over 100 million euros was invested in last three years. Recently he has also led organization of the Alpine skiing World Cup in Jasná 2024 with 35 000 visitors. Prior to joining Tatry Mountain Resorts, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he helped clients across various topics, focusing on strategy and operations in automotive and telco sectors.
