She specializes in digital health strategy, the EHDS, interoperability, clinical terminologies, and international standards. In 2023, she established the representation of the global HL7 standard in Slovakia under the organization Digital Health Slovakia, where she serves as President. Digital Health Slovakia focuses on building a healthcare digitalization ecosystem in Slovakia, raising awareness about the importance of health data, and improving digital skills. Her team includes global experts in strategy, EHDS, and the implementation of HDABs. Since November 2024, Eva has been working at IHE-Europe, a key European player in defining and testing interoperability of healthcare information systems within the EHDS. Between 2017 and 2024, she worked at the National Health Information Center, where she coordinated international projects and addressed interoperability issues. She represents Slovakia in various European and global forums and working groups of the WHO, the European Commission, HL7 International, SNOMED International, and others. She gained earlier experience at Siemens Business Services, where she worked from 2000 to 2012 as Head of a Competence Center, responsible for the full delivery of services focused on document processing, primarily for Austrian and German clients.
