Arash Aazami
A futurist, inventor, thinker, musician and entrepreneur Arash Aazami is best described as a renaissance-man. A futurist, inventor, thinker, musician and entrepreneur. His European and Middle-Eastern descent and African upbringing gave him a broad perspective. As an entrepreneur in music, online tech and energy, over the years Arash has developed an uncanny ability to deal with crises and recognize the opportunities hidden within, as well as act upon them. In 2010 he founded an algorithm-based energy company that earned more as it would sell less energy. His business model was awarded by MIT in 2014. CTO and co-owner of Xolution Xolution Libor is the CTO and co-owner of Xolution. He has been working in custom software development for more than 15 years and in artificial intelligence for the last 7 years. The projects he works on, win various awards. He and his colleagues are trying to create cognitive but synthetic intelligence. It is the holy grail of cybernetics. The projects he is working on fit into this idea. The company is gradually expanding the robot's cognitive capabilities and thus automating things that don't go the standard IT routes. Cybernetics bridges the fields of natural sciences, with social sciences. Philosophy, ethics, linguistics, and psychology are addressed, and these are topics that Libor has been a fan of all his life. Today he can apply it in practice. He has been on the board of the company for the last 8 years. His job is to make economic sense of edge technologies. This has proven to be the most difficult discipline in Libor's life. Otherwise, he has a family, a son and a dog. To unwind, he goes out with a drill in hand, to the countryside or to tango classes.

He is sports-oriented, mainly in athletics and football. From the age of 14, he independently produced various electrical products. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Bratislava, where he worked on student scientific theses. He transferred his knowledge to the real development of televisions in Tesla Orava. In 1994, he started doing business in the company HDS a.s. as a representative of the Grundig brand for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He started on his own in 1994 and in 2010 had 55 employees in distribution and development, through whom he distributed goods to 22 European countries, from Estonia to Greece. Since 2006, HDS started to develop Slovak software for image, sound and IoT products called "Molekula". Since 2008, they have been cooperating with the world's largest manufacturers of Analytical software, whose products they have been selling since 2010 for the most modern devices, such as drones. Through the company HDS a.s. he exhibited in 7 countries of the world such as Taiwan (Taipei), Poznan, Prague, Brno, Kyiv, Bucharest, Budapest and many Slovak cities. With his companies, he won numerous awards at exhibitions for innovative products. Since 2012, he has been dedicated to technologies for SMART cities, where at the beginning they were successful mainly abroad, mainly in Poland, and since 2014, with their Slovak software Molekula and Polish integrators, they have implemented SMART CITY solutions in the large Polish cities of Rzeszów, Lodz, Krakow, Czenstochova and others. These acquired experiences were also transferred to the Slovak territory, where they are successful in more than 30 cities of Slovakia.

Today, he is in charge of the network and voice services department, where he tries to use the experience gained over the years to develop and innovate Slovanet's network infrastructure with focus on automation. Today, Slovanet's service portfolio includes not only standard data and voice services. Slovanet has been operating its own cloud infrastructure since 2017. Later, Slovanet deployed its own IoT network based on LoRaWAN technology, on which it provides services such as intelligent waste management, monitoring and management of the microclimate in buildings, or automated energy usage measurement.

Besides consulting done for the Finnish cleantech businesses and SMEs, I was also an active member of the Cleantech Finland team from its very beginning in 2008 – bringing it to the world of social/digital media and cocreating the digital tool Solved.
